Yannick Fleret
With over 15 years of experience in key account sales, sales management, startup development, and institutional relations with high-level decision-makers, I am currently Director of Development & Strategy – Public Procurement & Key Accounts at Monomeris Chemicals, a company specializing in the chemical recycling of complex plastics and the decarbonization of industry.
As an Ambassador for the EU Climate Pact, I work to foster concrete circular economy solutions that benefit regions and both public and private stakeholders.

Hugo Scheurer
As a mechanical engineer at Monomeris Chemicals, he leads the mechanical development of advanced industrial plastic recycling systems. He is responsible for the architecture and full integration of the equipment, including high-temperature reactors, feed systems, and mechanically welded structures. As the company’s mechanical lead, he is involved in every stage from detailed design to manufacturing oversight and commissioning, directly contributing to the reliability and industrialization of the machines developed.

François Marty
Director of Operations at Monomeris Chemicals. He leads the industrialization of MELTA machines for advanced chemical recycling and works to ensure the economic and environmental performance of projects with clients using this solution, which transforms complex plastic waste into circular resources. François brings 10 years of experience at innovative technology companies and 6 years of experience as an investor and board member for innovative solutions in the cleantech sector.
Convinced that the ecological transition requires bold, high-impact approaches that deliver numerous economic co-benefits and enhance material sovereignty, he is committed to demonstrating that at Monomeris Chemicals, performance, reliability, and responsibility go hand in hand.

Dominique Perben
A leading figure in French Gaullism. He had a long career as a member of parliament and mayor (of Chalon-sur-Saône). He then held four ministerial posts over the course of nearly 15 years (Minister for Overseas Territories, Minister of the Civil Service, Minister of Justice, and Minister of Transportation). He subsequently left political life while remaining close to the seat of power. As an international business lawyer, he also serves on the strategic boards of several companies, including Monomeris Chemicals.

Solène Delangue
With her technical training from the University Institute of Technology (IUT) in Chemistry in Lille, Solène has developed a strong command of demanding analytical environments. At Monomeris Chemicals, she is responsible for the characterization of catalysts as well as their optimization.

She has held various positions in business development and communications at embassies abroad, and subsequently served as finance manager at a fundraising firm specializing in green finance and grants. As a co-founder and partner at Monomeris, she is responsible for marketing and international development (licensing, joint ventures, recycling and petrochemical clients).

Maxime Lépinay
With a Master’s degree in Innovation & Agro-Industry from UniLaSalle and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Maxime began his career at Airbus as a life-cycle analyst; he then worked for Lactalis-Nestlé, where he was responsible for process optimization and quality control. He also worked as a design engineer at the Agri’Terr Laboratory, where he specialized in hydrocarbon production. In 2019, he founded Monomeris Chemicals.

Thomas Laurent
Ph.D. in Textile and Polymer Chemistry. He has 12 years of experience in textile processes and 15 years in recycling. Thomas has developed or optimized more than 8 recycling processes aimed at producing fillers for the plastics industry from textiles. He has extensive experience in all textile processes. Thomas is the Scientific Director at Monomeris Chemical; he is responsible for optimizing processes, particularly for the textile market, developing laboratory procedures, and managing all aspects related to monomers.

Olivier Camp
With a master’s degree in finance, Olivier worked as a financial director for eight years before co-founding the Winncare Group through an €80 million leveraged buyout. With extensive international and cross-sector experience, he then turned to deep-tech entrepreneurship—biomass cogeneration and green chemistry—before joining the European Commission as a Green Deal expert and Climate Pact Ambassador. He now co-manages high-impact environmental startups, including Monomeris Chemicals and Climatopolis Solutions, a strategic consulting firm specializing in the circular economy, waste recovery, renewable energy, and the protection of oceans and water resources.

Lucie Duplouy
PhD in Analytical Chemistry, specializing in spectroscopy (FTIR, Raman, UV-Vis). Her research focused on the photoinduced charge separation of molecules adsorbed in zeolitic materials, studied using spectroscopic analytical techniques. She then established the infrared analysis division at Chem-Lab, before taking on her first role as Laboratory Manager. She currently holds this position at Monomeris Chemicals, where she sets up and leads the laboratory (organization, equipment, procedures, and day-to-day operations).

Jérôme Lassus
Currently responsible for marketing Monomeris Chemicals’ blended plastic recycling solutions, Jérôme has, since the early 2000s, served as a partner or executive in companies operating in sectors related to finance, renewable energy, the sharing economy, and construction.
